With white noise they block most sound and are the only buds that work for this stomach sleeper.
“I have Soundcore sleep a20 and blast white noise (electric fan). I can hear my dog bark (sometimes), but that's about it. They are also the only thing that work for me, being a stomach sleeper.”
Bought the A20 while waiting for replacement Ozlos; it does the same thing with no connection issues, though less premium.

Enjoying the A20 as a side sleeper: cheaper, longer-lasting charging case, and they simply work out of the case.
