Pod 3 sprang a leak after about three years despite the extended-warranty plan; too expensive for something that breaks in 2-3 years.

“I loved using it but I can’t recommend it anymore. It is way too expensive for something that breaks in 2-3 years, has terrible support, and ruins your mattress when it breaks.”

Pod 3 loved at first but leaked at two years; a Pod 4 cover would not get cold until a Pod 4 hub arrived.

“Amazing product, when it works, but definitely a company that has lost sight of its customers and only sees money.”

Two-year-old Pod 3 pump is failing and whining loudly each cycle; Eight Sleep only offered a discounted Pod 4.

“my approximately two year old Pod 3 is having major issues (pump is failing and whining loudly at each cycle to the point I have to turn it off, so not useable)”

Used Pod 3 still works but the tubing can be felt, unlike his earlier Pod 2.

“Currently have the pod 3, it's still working but can feel the tubing, not sure if that's a sign of use or a different design between pod 2 and 3.”

Pod 3 works great when it works, but when it fails you wake up in a puddle.

“Hopefully newer versions are better, but Pod 3 is crap. They should upgrade any customers with issues to a newer model, it's awful.”

Pod 3 cooling problem turned out to be the temperature control module; Eight Sleep replaced it quickly.

“I had an issue with the cooling on my Pod 3 (turned out to be the temperature control module) and they replaced it quickly without issue.”

Pod 3 leaked in the night and soaked a $3,000 mattress; Eight Sleep support then stalled for weeks.

“I woke up to the sensation of a puddle of water underneath me. Something I haven't felt since I was a child wetting the bed. LOL.”

Pod 2 and Pod 3 Pro covers for two years: cooling top notch and support replaced everything, but the Pod 3 king cover leaked four times in a year.

“both have worked well but both have leaked multiple times with my pod 3 king cover having leaked 4 times this year. Very frustrating to say the least.”
